internship rotation(which is a requirement for any foreign medical graduate) through pediatrics1yr the,extra 9 months out
of keen interest in pediatrics,obstetrics &gynecology 3 months,general surgery 3 months and internal medicine 6
months,again the extra 3 months out of interest.During these 2 years i was exposed to many different kind of patients
which helped broaden my clinical experience and acumen,these included inpatient care of gunshot wound victims
laparotomy patients diabetic foot in general surgery.Inpatient care of rheumatic fever,neonatal sepsis in
pediatrics,conducting normal deliveries,treating pre-eclampsia patients in ob&gyn,inpatient care of DKA HONK,and
various other internal medicine patients.All of these individual rotations included attending weekly outpatient clinics,on
call nights which could vary from 1 in 3 to 1 in 4 depending on the department as well as assisting in short and long OT
cases when required.

initial management and stabilization of gynecological emergencies such as ectopic pregnancies,incomplete abortions

intubation,cardioversion and ultrasound guided venous access as well as conducting adult and pediatric resuscitation.
