Design and fabrication of pipe bender

MEGAPROJECT:

Structural analysis of flywheel and Modal analysis of crankshaft

Structural analysis: Angular rotation is applied on flywheel to check the

radial deformation and Equivalent stress.

Modal Analysis: Finite element model is modelled and boundary condition is

applied using ANSYS. First natural frequency of Crank shaft is analysed and

compared with theoretical results.

IN PLANT TRAINING:

Underwent implant training in TNSTC, Tenkasi. Where, I had an excellent

opportunity to learn about the Transmission System.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

Participated in the one day workshop on “Automotive Materials” conducted by CEG

Anna University, Chennai.
