Objective
Looking for the position of Asst.Executive Housekeeper/Executive Housekeeper
with a well-known institution in order to utilize my professional experience
& knowledge in hospitality industry of total 14 years to achieve my career
and personal advancement.
Career Summary
Started my career in Hotel Industry from the bottom as a Public Area
cleaner with Holiday Inn Resort, Sharjah in 2000. At present I am holding
the position of Asst. Executive Housekeeper with Divan Hotel, Erbil,
Kurdistan region of Iraq. In my 14 years of experience I have been worked
with different brands of 5* chain properties (Intercontinental, Rezidor
SAS, Starwood Hotels and Divan group of hotels) in Middle East in various
positions. In Middle East, most of my career development built in U A E and
I was being there since 1998 till 2010. Also I have pre-opening experience
in Dubai with a 4* Deluxe Hotel as well. Moreover, my professional

Duties & Responsibilities (Summary)
o Assist to the Executive housekeeper in day to day operations and
direct the staff, control expenses based on budget
o Manage all over the department in absence of Executive Housekeeper

o Review schedule with Executive Housekeeper based on demands of hotel
and proper maintain levels of staff.
o Coordinating between the supervisors to inspect assigned areas.
o Assisting to Executive Housekeeper to prepare yearly budget, yearly
inventory of linen, uniforms, equipments and machines.
o Planning and preparing monthly training schedule, duty schedule,
action plans (Floor & Public area) maintenance and updating.
o Managing 46 staff including 6 supervisors.
o Handling Laundry operation in absence of Laundry Manager
o Managing all over the department day to day activities in absence of
Executive Housekeeper.

the management and recommend for painting, Repairs, furnishings etc.
o Maintaining records and prepares periodic activities of staff reports
