Responsibilities: Market Research
Conduct research using primary and secondary information sources, and provide insight on industry trends,
industry drivers, key players and competitive environment.
o Primary research through telephonic, email and face-to-face interviews.
o Secondary research through business directories, press releases, industry events, annual reports,
market reports, etc.
Identify target market, identify and filter prospective partners basis various parameters, competition mapping
and analysis.
o Parameters consist of market demographics, Press Freedom Index (PFI) ranking, circulation and
readership levels of publications, smartphone and data penetration, consumer buying behavior,
addressed and addressable market, advertisement spends (with emphasis on digital spends), etc.
o Analysis of competitors’ products, their features, roadmap, associations with targeted companies,
management history, etc.
GAP analysis, research report and presentation
o Analyze competition offerings, addressed market and emerging technological trends and conduct GAP
analysis.
o Prepare research report based on research findings and submit to the management.

Business Analysis
Liaise between business team and partner to gather requirements related to produ ct and campaigns, and
document the same in a manner which is comprehensive yet easy-to-understand.
Design process flow for IVR applications. Coordinate with engineering and service delivery teams for
deployment on test servers for UAT and live deployment post successful testing.
Create wire-frames for campaigns as per business team’s requirement. End-to-end campaign management to
ensure project is executed smoothly and effectively.
Design MIS template for recording every possible relevant data from the campaign.
Coordinate with internal teams to get the deliverables released on time and ensure service delivery is 100% bug
free.
Generate MIS reports and share with all stakeholders in a presentable manner.
Use analytical tools like MS Excel to generate insights from the data and prepare small to medium range plans
for the business stating action points, deliverables, alternatives, etc.
Study agreements, term sheets, NDAs, LOIs, etc. for proposed engagements and participate in negotiations on
terms on the basis of data analysis and market research.
