Retail Store Manager
• Within 18 months of starting as a sales associate, fast track promotion, selected as top pick out of 23 managers to turn-
around Palo Alto store. Re-located to hire an entire new staff and improve employee retention rates.
• Replaced six out of seven employees including an assistant manager within first 30 days of arriving in Palo Alto.
• Created job descriptions, worked closely with Corporate to identify staffing needs, reviewed resumes, conducted phone
and in person interviews, checked references.
