o Description : The project was carried out to find the fatigue life of ceramic coated pistons that

are being used to withstand high temperatures in an IC engine due to insulation of combustion

chamber to reduce heat transfer.

M.Sc Automotive engineering(Group Project)

o Title : Re-Designing of KAINOS

o Description : KAINOS is a electric vehicle designed to accommodate 4 persons to travel within

the College Campus.

o Responsibility : Chassis design and analysis. Contributed in manufacturing and procurement of

the parts.

B.E Mechanical Engineering(Final year project)

o Title : Redesigning Of a Heat Exchanger In a Boiler Feed Pump

o Description : Improving the performance of the Heat Exchangers by the replacing the Brass

tubes with the material that possess more corrosion and erosion resistance

o Title : Finite Element Analysis of Disc Brake

o Description : The structural, Modal and Thermal Stress analysis were carried out on the Disc

Brake to know the deformations,Mode shapes and Thermal stresses induced under the applied

loadings

o Title : Contact Stress Analysis of Gear Teeth.

o Description : The Contact stress analysis at the contact of the gears is determined to show the

load transformation between the gears using two different loading conditions
