contributed to the funding of over $150 million in First Mortgages over a two year period for Top Producers in firm.
• Primarily responsible for efficiently managing two active mortgage application pipelines of 60-120+ files simultaneously. Interacted

operation center, title companies and Branch Managers regarding the status of loans.
• Managed the timeline of each individual loan from point of application to closing table. This included application data entry to loan
origination software, gathering relevant financial statements from client, ordering Appraisals/Titles, collecting secondary financial
statements needed to satisfy Underwriting conditions specific to each loan.
