Researcher
o Record Access obtains medical records on behalf of medical malpractice law firms and insurance
companies. These firms represent the defendants in medical malpractice lawsuits.
o I conduct research using the internet and several medical databases to obtain the practice
locations for doctors and other healthcare providers, from which our office can best obtain copies
of medical records requested by aforementioned law firms
o Perform additional research on specific cases wherein our office failed to locate the necessary
care providers.

Title Paralegal
o Worked as a title paralegal in one of New York State’s largest foreclosure and bankruptcy law
firms.
o Worked in conjunction with banks such as JPMorgan Chase, Citi Bank, Bank of America and
with title insurance companies such as First American and Fidelity in an effort to identify defects
to title on foreclosed properties and subsequently acting in order to resolve said defects.
o Utilized internal and external software/databases such as Lexis Nexus to track individual cases
until the title issues were properly resolved and the property was legally fit to go to sale.
