Henderson Nissan - Henderson, NV - July 2013 to April 2014

Responsibilities

Created a one of a kind buying experience for customers looking to purchase a vehicle. Customers were

treated with the utmost care throughout the entire process as their every specification was met with courteous

professionalism and enthusiasm. Often shuffled back and forth per customer request until the absolute correct

vehicle was found.

Accomplishments

Helped to bring a smile to customers faces in showing them that buying a vehicle didn't have to be a hassle. If

my customers left with a smile, my job was done correctly. Other salesman began to emulate my enthusiasm

and courteous demeanor in an attempt to establish more rapport with their customers.

Responsibilities

Assisted customers looking to establish, or re-establish credit with a vehicle loan through sub prime lenders.

Customers were often apprehensive, believing that we were only after their money. Some customers were

very skeptical, believing that we were just telling them what they wanted to hear. More times than not, was

able to show serious buyers that there was the very real possibility of vehicle ownership on credit, even with

mistakes in their past.

Accomplishments

I helped a lot of people get back on the path to credit forgiveness. Many of whom saw no way to improve their

life situation, and were just seeing what they needed to do to try and get into a vehicle. Many of them keep

in contact with me to this day. This is always one of my goals. It is a very rewarding feeling to have people

tell you just how much you've helped them.

Responsibilities

Answered calls in a high volume call center as a customer service representative for a cell phone service

provider. Duties included troubleshooting, upselling, instruction, billing, and the occasional escalation. All of

these duties were to be completed in a time sensitive environment with satisfactory results, and/or proper

resolution.

Responsibilities

Monitored various sites including casinos and hotels as well as banks,medical facilities, etc. per client specific

instructions. I often worked with Homeowners Association accounts. Duties included Routine security routes,

standing point, home inspection, site security assessment, and filling out a daily log called a daily activity report.

Accomplishments

Residents would often request regular surveillance, and sometimes entry into their homes while they were

away on vacation. Many businesses required regular hourly patrols of their premises. Property owners would

request regular patrols of an entire premises. All of these activities served to make people feel a little safer while

they were unable to monitor their businesses and homes. The main accomplishment was to have provided a

professional,and friendly feeling of security.

and timely manner.
