(janitorial service) and road repair services.

inventory control system.

. Reviewed all new plats and site plans for preparation for Planning and

$200,000 per year in federal funds for re-development of blighted

areas.

. Managed projects in the renovation of eastern Deerfield Beach,

including street construction; sewer line installation; park

construction and assisted housing and blighted building demolition.

. First director of the Deerfield Beach Housing Authority, managing a 96

unit HUD project and a $3 million federal grant.
