Resource management is the systems where the details been shown for resources. Authorized person can look the
resource competency, project assigned resources etc. All information and activities related to the organization is placed
on the portal which is designed using the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2010, .NET. The application is having
three modules Skill Inventory, Resource Request Management, Work Force Management.
All modules have been developed under Resource Management. The architecture design is of 3-tier and used

Refund log tool
The scope of the project is to develop a new application which will provider mechanism to provide a standardized process for
requesting refunds, generate refund letters, enter and track checks and monies received, monitor and track outstanding refund
requests from providers /members, generate recovery reports etc.
Web Portal
FirstCare has 4 business portals one each for Members, Providers, Employers, and Agents. There are list of enhancements that
are proposed for these portals. These have been prioritized, and currently we have scoped and estimated for 4 such

Neighborhood Health Partnership is a for profit health maintenance organization (HMO) serving the tri-county
area of South Florida including: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. They are committed to putting
members first by providing quality health care and exceptional customer service.
Digital Health Plan (DHP) is Perot Systems’ web-based application for health care payer organizations. The DHP
application provided subscribers, employers and providers a web based interface for entering and viewing information
like demographic information, claims, referral status etc.
The DHP project involved creation of a new module for online generation and management of quotes/premiums, based
on the case information entered by brokers, sales representatives and underwriters. This included:

DESCRIPTION:
The Independent System Operator (ISO) is a central authority tasked with scheduling and balancing the
demand for electricity with the utilities willingness to supply electricity. The ISO accomplishes its task by managing
multiple auction processes (or markets). For each market it receiving offers (bids) from suppliers to supply electricity
and matches them with bids to buy electricity from load serving entities. Having reviewed and accepted the bids, the
ISO typically provides a set of forecast Schedules to the Participants that details he expected production from each
electricity supplier and the expected demand for consumption. The ISO sends instructions in real-time just before the
moment of need so the electricity suppliers know whether to increase or decrease their production to meet the actual
need for electricity.
