Chief Executive Officer
Lead the overall manament and direction of the health care organization.
Have five providers and a staff of 25 providing high quality health care in
three clinics located in Warren, Glascock, and Hancock Counties in East
Georgia. Provide strategic leadership through staff ownership and buy-in,
proactive marketing, and community engagement. Reduced operating expenses
by $ 349,000 since January 2014 and negotiated debt settlement with GRU of
Augusta of $ 171,000.
Emanuel Medical Center - Swainsboro, GA 2011 to 2013
Fully accredited hospital with 72 acute care beds and skilled nursing
facility with 50 beds.
Radiology Director
Guide the efforts of 20 professionals while responsibly managing a $9.6M
annual operating budget. Vet the execution of more than 24,000 annual
diagnostic and emergency exams. Take the lead in driving continuing
improvement in the quality of patient care in sync with the Center's
service-driven culture.
Effectively managed the department at a financial level 12% under budget
while raising the profit margin to 38% in the face of budget constraints
mandated by the CFO. Innovatively cut operating costs while effectively
retaining the workforce by introducing unpaid furloughs in which the entire
