PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LTD.

Software developer, August 2011 to Present

Worked on Customer Insight Business Analytics solutions for a stint of 3 years during which I was responsible for converting the business requirements provided into efficient & effective technical solutions using OBIEE. My role includes single handedly managing the entire CI suit of products consisting of Institutional Performance, Retail Performance, Retail Customer Analytics and Channel Analytics.

Responsibilities handled:

* OBIEE dashboard development which included a good deal of challenging reports using OBIEE Security implementation, OBIEE Variables etc.

* Repository creation, which included building business and presentation models and their maintenance according to user requirements

* Hierarchy development and ad-hoc report development using hierarchies and customization

* OBIEE security implementation which included creation of user roles and groups and integrating them with the user login.

* Report data control, dashboard object control, giving permissions for metadata access in RPD depending on user/user application role etc.

* Query Performance improvement by using aggregate tables(aggregate persistence wizard) in OBIEE

* Implementing Essbase Cubes on OBIEE, mapping and priority setting and fetching reports from cubes

* Unit testing, Bug fixing for all the OBIEE development

* Documentation

Also worked on:

* ETL cycle, Developing Essbase Cubes using OFSAAI platform, Derived Entity Development, OBIEE Publisher Reports.
