Dillard National Bank (DNB), Gilbert, AZ 1991–2004. Executive Assistant. Reported directly to President of
DNB Credit Card Center (nation-wide); analyzed, prioritized, and processed accounts payable and payroll, ensured regulatory
compliance adherence; coordinated and conducted HR orientations and briefings for new/current employees. Fully supported
senior executives: arranged travel, prepared and edited corporate-level documents. Produced and reconciled HR reports.
