closely with designers, developers and project managers to shepherd UX vision throughout the
development process.

• Crafted the User Experience for Toyota.com Notebook using quantitative and qualitative user
research and an iterative collaborative UX process working closely with Toyota’s AOR, front end and
back end development agencies. Planned future roadmap for Toyota to include future iterations and
created the UX for a future single sign on system for Toyota.com.
