Responsible for strategic HR development and oversight as firm underwent a 53% growth from 1050 to
1600+ employees, adding 8 locations, including two international offices. Acted as liaison to 47 local
offices dealing with various human resource issues, providing consulting and guidance.

Refined policies to reduce overpayment of holiday, overtime, and inclement weather wages to
