Provided direct Management to over 80 General Dynamics employees and was

responsible for the successful completion of all technical work, staff,

budget and financial activities.

Managed assigned technical and administrative staff and performed personnel

actions that included hiring, scheduling, reviews and recruitment for the

National Training Center (NTC), Modeling & Simulations Center, and Leaders

Training Program (LTP), NTC Contemporary Operating Environment Force

& Simulations (M&S) section at the National Training Center (NTC) which

included multiple other off-site locations. Provide uniform procedures

approved by Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). Through Intranet

approved EVM software tools developed and maintained Integrated Master Plan

(IMP) to monitor significant accomplishments to complete all key events to

Sustainment Trainer Simulation Center at the National Training Center.

Provided through proper Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation

ensured the Program Manager (PM) was provided contractor performance data

relating to time-phased budgets specific to contract tasks and statements

of work (SOW). Provided support to the federal government, commercial, and

international sectors, at the National Training Center with overall C4I

Digital Simulations, Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC). Responsible for

42 person team their training management, personnel and logistical support.

When required provided to the customer recommendations to improve the

Developed and analyzed the training needs of Customer /DoD Client
