Provided direct Management to over 80 General Dynamics employees and was
responsible for the successful completion of all technical work, staff,
budget and financial activities.
Managed assigned technical and administrative staff and performed personnel
actions that included hiring, scheduling, reviews and recruitment for the
National Training Center (NTC), Modeling & Simulations Center, and Leaders
Training Program (LTP), NTC Contemporary Operating Environment Force
(COEFOR) Academy, and the Observer Coach/ Trainer Academy (OC/T).
Maintained quality assurance of all task products, services, and
deliverables and ensured compliance of all relevant corporate and
government policies and standards. Created and submitted proposals for
contracts from $25,000,000 to over $500,000,000. Prepared and reviewed
consulting agreements, conducted reviews, audits, and site visits and was

activities for the Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVC&G) Modeling
& Simulations (M&S) section at the National Training Center (NTC) which
included multiple other off-site locations. Provide uniform procedures
approved by Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). Through Intranet
approved EVM software tools developed and maintained Integrated Master Plan
(IMP) to monitor significant accomplishments to complete all key events to
government industry standards. Identified changes in computer and systems
technology and interpreted their meaning to senior management, bringing

Sustainment Trainer Simulation Center at the National Training Center.
Provided through proper Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation
ensured the Program Manager (PM) was provided contractor performance data
relating to time-phased budgets specific to contract tasks and statements
of work (SOW). Provided support to the federal government, commercial, and
international sectors, at the National Training Center with overall C4I
Digital Simulations, Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC). Responsible for
42 person team their training management, personnel and logistical support.
When required provided to the customer recommendations to improve the
integration of the Simulation effort at Joint Operations (JNTC), Brigade
(BCT), Stryker Brigade Combat Teams (SBCT), Division and JTF levels.
Participated in the successful procurement of $1,301,776.88 this allowed
the NTC to install an additional necessary network. Successfully managed
the Leader Training Program's (LTP) ABCS/HICON section for the Government
and was able to provided savings of $3,765,734.00. Maintains compliance

Developed and analyzed the training needs of Customer /DoD Client
Personnel. Responsible for coordination meetings between hardware and
software engineers, government contracting officers, and senior clients to
develop programs and procedures for the JRTC. Provided lessons learned to
over 140 company leaders in 7 Engineer Companies a year. Civilian
contractor received the De Fleury Medal by the Corps of Engineers for
providing many significant contributions to Engineering, Training &
Leadership. Published Domain Analysis with Applied Research Laboratories
(ARL) at the University of Texas at Austin. The study provided an analysis
in the general topic area regarding the Engineer Analysis Feedback Facility
