Responsibility - Electrical Design, BOM, Software development,
Installation and commission and manual preparation and querying
quotations from vendor,etc
Tools Used: GX Developer, GT Designer, Labview and AutoCad
Galling resistance tester is used to find galling resistance force for
a particular material as per the ASTM Standard G196-08. In this process we
using different variety of materials like, Bare Metals, Alloys, Nonmetallic
materials, and Coating and Surface Modified materials.
2. VAMANA EXHAUST SYTEM: (GE Healthcare Ltd, Bangalore)
Team size - 5
Responsibility - Electrical Design, BOM, Software development,
Installation and commission and manual preparation and querying
quotations from vendor,etc
Tools used: AutoCAD, GX Works, GT Designer
This system mainly used to exhaust the gas and other molecules from
the INSERT Tube and seal the tube. It has 5 process namely, Evacuation,
Baking, MF Heating, Filament degassing, E-beam and finally seal off. This
process takes two days approximately to complete the cycle.
3. ROTARY ARMATURE TEST RIG: (Lucas TVS Ltd, PEE AAR EXIM PVT Ltd)
Team size - 3
Responsibility - Electrical designing, testing & calibration.
Design improvements: surge card, Plc i/o card, milliohm card.
Tools Used: AutoCAD, ORCAD, PC schematic electrical automation
The armature test rig is used for testing the armatures mainly used in
automobile sector. The test rig is used for conducting coil & joint
resistance test, high voltage test, Megger tester, leakage current test,
surge test, Neutral zone test in the armature. The test rig is capable for
the following test only rotary armature test rig armatures rotates but in
static armature test rig the armature not rotating using relay matrix
method

3. STATOR TEST RIG: Lucas TVS Ltd, DENSO India Ltd

Responsibility: electrical designing, testing.
Design: Pc Input card, High voltage card & smps.

The stator test rig is used for testing the stators which is widely used in
various varieties of servo motors. The test rig is capable for the
following tests
1. coil resistance test

Responsibility: electrical designing, testing & calibration.
Design improvements: Plc output card, Electronic load DAC cards.
Tools Used: AutoCAD, ORCAD PC schematic electrical automation.
The Programmable logic controller (PLC) based Endurance Test Rig is
used for testing the power tool (Drilling machine, Grinding machine,
Marble cutter etc) performance test. Each power tool to run decided ON
time and OFF time and also decided the load ON/OFF time. To read the
voltage, current power & RPM by using some other meters. These values
are always kept in memory and display the screens. The test rig is
capable for the following tests
