Selected Projects and Achievements 2004-present

. Project Coordinator / Operations Engineer: Worked on a team of 6,

managing the releases to the companies 20 websites. Worked on

scheduling of the monthly releases to ensure appropriate resources were

available and needed back out plans were in place. Ensured all needed

deliverables were in place and release met "sign off" criteria before

moving forward. Liaison between all IT and PM teams when issues came

up to root cause and determine next course of action.

Results: Processed 50,000 releases a year with 99.9% uptime on budget

and within agreed upon time scope.

. Project Coordinator - eCRM and Tech Lead: Team lead for the creation

and deployment of all email based marketing campaigns and managed

creative, deployment, content teams and assets. Trained all new team

members and served as the tech lead for any issues that needed to be

escalated over to the IT or engineering teams.

Results: Processed 50+ monthly projects, generating over 5 million

emails annually on time and on budget. Reduced over all processing time

from 7-8 week's down to 5-7 week's depending on the project type.

. Content Coordinator - Creative Refresh: Maintained and created new

content using proprietary content management tools for 29 websites in

31 languages. Wrote and updated all run books and process documents as

the team subject matter expert.

Worked with engineering team and provided feedback for updates and

additions to content management tools. Projects included Marketing, Ad

Sales (Targeted Ads, Served Ads, Micro Sites, Brand Platforms) Created

standardized copy decks and process documents for making updates to the

websites.

Results: Processed 100's of tickets encompassing thousands of changes on a

weekly basis with less than 1% error.
