Purchasing Agent Supervisor (Contract)
Oil pipeline field service facility servicing the South and Southeastern
Texas corridor. Implement SAP One to field personnel and streamline
training of the culture of manpower. Supervise the buyer/dispatching of
materials, supplies and equipment. Successfully implement all necessary
material, equipment for emergency breakdowns of pump stations and pipeline
repairs. Plan and order material for project planned and bid on projects
from South Texas coastline. Extensive purchasing of pipe, flanges,
fittings and metal for bid inclusive orders. Supervised 5 direct reports
personnel.
Enduro Composites Inc. 2012-2013.
Purchasing Manager
ISO 9001 facility, maintained all records of purchases and documents of
control. Responsible for the forecasting and procurement of all materials,
including raw materials such as resins, inhibitors, matt, fibers and
catalyst to manufacture a finished product. Maintained and strategized all
resins in a bulk tank farm with large tanker deliveries. We utilized the
MRO/MRP operating system with Macola software programs. I managed two
locations, one in the Houston Corp. location and one on-site buyer at the

Materials Manager (Contract Position)
Manage all procurement areas including one storeroom and warehouse for
parts and raw material used to fabricate and rebuild finish products for
oil field electric drilling motors. The company is an Authorized GE motor
repair facility. Purchase and manage inventories of raw materials,
equipment and supplies. Establish basic fundamental procurement policy and
guidelines for visual software. Provide crucial point in lean
manufacturing, as well as performing cycle counts and report regarding
inventory. Direct reports were 2 supervisors and 6 clerks. My Direct report

Project Procurement Manager (Contract Position)
Responsible for procuring all materials, goods and services to complete
seven pump stations. This includes all the civil and mechanical completion
in Nebraska/Kansas for TransCanada pipeline. Responsibilities are to Source
vendors locally and negotiate terms and conditions to supply 260 miles of
pipeline and stations. Procurement originally was arranged from Houston
office, took on the responsibility of field operations. Organized field
offices, staffed and redirected operations including all exception
reporting and coordinating accounts payables with Houston Corporate.
Resolved receivables' that were ten months in the rears. Created and
staffed personnel including trucking and directed field lay down facility
to receive and logistical distribute material to sites. Report directly to
the Global Procurement Director and VP of Operations Houston.
Sumner Manufacturing - Houston, Texas 2006-2009
Procurement/Materials Manager
Responsible for procuring all the MRP inventory and raw material for the
manufacturing facility of 44000 sq. ft. and a 20000 sq. ft. manufacturing
facility in China which included welding & fabrication, machine shop and
assembly. Managed inventory turn of 4.1 million dollars in raw materials.
Worked through the carbon steel
escalation cost to source new innovative and creative savings by reducing
low end sourced products. Company profits grew 30 percent in the three year
tenure through team efforts and collaborations of the management group.

Worked with Engineering for structuring of new finished products. Partnered
with National Sales force to gain common and mutual vendor relations for
distributors. Managed supervisors and several personnel in shipping and
receiving, storerooms and shops. Reported directly to Vice President of

* Reorganized plant structure using Lean Manufacturing and ERP inventory
control to reduce costs idled by excessive material not processed on a
per month demand. Resulting in freeing available spend to access the
ability to source products in foreign countries.

Maintenance Coordinator/Planner

* Developed a plan, including resource and resolutions, to upgrade a
large food processing company and documenting the processes; plan was

line to increase total optimal soluble coffee filler output for
packing finished product.

of in-feed methods.
