This project deals with the design and fabrication of Knuckle joint which is used to connect two rods

subjected to axial loads that will transmit load up to angular movement of 15 degree on both ends.

Project Title: Optimization of Mechanical properties and cutting parameters during end milling of Friction

stir processed AA6061-T6 alloy.

Enhancing the Mechanical properties of Aluminium alloy 6061-T6 by Friction stir processing techniques.

Investigating the effect of Mechanical properties and cutting parameters on surface roughness and burr

formation during end milling.
