Arabtec Holding-EFECOSAUDI for procurement department in Head office Jeddah, as
follow below company procedure,
1. Research market periodically to determine material cost levels and availability of suitable
suppliers.
2. Prepare inquiry to the suppliers (when necessary) or give the required supplier
details/material specification & BOQ required for inquiry preparations to the secretary
3. Follow ups with suppliers to get quotation at time
4. Bargaining with the suppliers for further discounts and better payment terms
5. Carries out Bid Analysis and prepares technical and commercial comparison sheets
6. Prepares Bid Summaries after approval on comparison sheets by the Sr. Procurement

7. Coordination between sites and suppliers where necessary related to the subject inquiries
8. Any other works as required by the Sr. Material Engineer / Sr. Procurement Manager
