Releasing route cards, job tickets and MRs against inducted engines.

provided by Rolls Royce.
Coordination for Preparing repair schemes for assembly, overhaul repair
process.
Advising tooling department for producing the necessary tooling according
to the operational drawing.
Changing the PSL’s as per Rolls Royce or DLE recommendations.

Pre survey inspection of avionics LRU’s.

Completed Projects
Under Graduate level
Design optimization and flow analysis of Micro Aerial Vehicle.
The goal of my project was to design a Micro Aerial Vehicle (MAV) with high lift and stall angle. A
slight design variation was done in a parent MAV by increasing the wing span and changing the airfoil
series. The aircraft doesn’t have any fuselage section. The whole portion is a wing to obtain maximum lift.
For the design purpose CATIAV5 was used and for meshing and analysis ANSYS 12.0 is been used.
Lift and endurance of the 44.4 grams MAV was found to be 5.3N and 900sec respectively. MAV
attained a velocity of 14m/s with 30cm wing span and AR of 1.7.
Mini project
Design and fabrication of unmanned aerial vehicle (SARS).
I have designed and fabricated an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), which has an endurance and
range of 20 minutes and 1 kilometer, fabricated using balsa wood. Electrical servos were used for moving
primary control surfaces and used a 9cc single cylinder piston engine for the thrust production.
Awards and Recognitions
Got an award of INR 1,00,000 for designing and fabricating an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle
(UAV) from Srinivasan engineering college, Trichy.
Secured Third position for making Turbo Raft during Flight 2 organized by the department
of Aerospace Engineering, Madras Institute of Technology (MIT), Madras.
