Design and Development of Pneumatic Hacksaw Machine (December 2013 – April 2014)

Short Description of the Project

To create an alternative design for cutting gear blanks in small scale industries because of the fatigue

created by the conventional hacksaw for the operator. A pneumatic hacksaw machine is designed and

developed to reduce the fatigue to the operator and improve the productivity and quality of the product

and reduce the cycle time and the operator costs.
