Responsible for monitoring all patients and the supervision of all technician staff on all shifts. Provide
support to the clinical staff as needed to ensure that a safe and therapeutic environment is
maintained. Coordinate with the program director for the scheduling of cd Technicians. Risk
management duties and house management duties as assigned. Preform evaluation for technician
staff and initiates disciplinary actions along with the program coordinator. Provide necessary support
and counseling for those patients requesting to leave against medical advice, and coordinate all
discharges with the assigned counselor. Complete monthly risk management statistics, incident

Rehabilitation Clinical Technician

Was responsible to monitor and act as patient support to assist the clinical team. Assisted with the
completion of the patient bio psychosocial assessment, formulation of the initial treatment plan in
conjunction with appropriate staff. Facilitated structured group activities, and assisted with individual
patient sessions. Documented patient activities and behaviors as well as assisted with family
contacts. Provided assistance to the client/patient in the development of their aftercare plan.
Participated on a rotating basis with ongoing educational programs, lecture series and community
meetings. Provided crisis intervention within the assigned unit. Worked with clients to develop a role
for themselves outside of their mental illness/substance abuse, while focusing on expected outcomes
of increased independent living status, social network, and decreased substance use/abuse.

behavioral health services; brief telephone or face-to-face interactions with a recipient, a recipient’s

Cable Technician

Made service calls to customer’s home. Noted differences in wires and cable colors so that the work
could be performed correctly. Tested circuits and components of malfunctioning cable boxes, DVR
boxes telecommunications equipment to isolate sources of malfunctions, using test meters, polarity
probes, and other hand tools. Tested repaired, newly installed, updated equipment to ensure that it
functions properly and conformed to specifications and proper picture is displayed on television, using
test equipment and observation. Drive crew trucks to and from work areas. Inspect equipment on a
regular basis in order to ensure proper functioning. Repaired and replace faulty equipment such as
cable connections, cable boxes, trouble shoot. Educate customers on the safe and proper use of
equipment.
General Laborer/Fabricator
Quaker Plastics-PA 8/2003 to 4/2009
Ran press for cutting plastic parts for swimming pools. Set up, operate, and tended machines to cut
plastic material. Started machines, monitored their operations, and recorded operational data. Tested
and adjust machine speeds for actions, according to product specifications, using gauges and hand
tools. Cleaned and lubricated machines. Made signs for sonic restaurant which included installing
LTD lights and testing of products.
