AxsPoint is an electronic archiving and on-line report management system which allows reports from core systems to be accessed via the desktop PC as opposed to on paper or microfiche. AxsPoint provides a secure, instantly accessible repository of historic data for legal and archiving purposes, allowing increased control and audit capabilities.

AxsPoint uses ‘indexing’ within reports to specify the key as a method of targeting data. It is this indexing feature which turns a printed report into a ‘virtual database’. By indexing fields within the report, the data can be queried and sorted, and exported for manipulation by desktop reporting tools. This feature can speed workflow and improve quality by minimizing the re-keying of data from reports.

Cool is also an Archiving application with a different technologies and archiving techniques for APAC region. It offers 10 years of repository to the business clients and users of their Cheque images and business and transactions reports.

Responsibilities

•Addressing production bugs and enhancements.

•Providing business users with data reports as requested

•Respond quickly to batch failures and ensure feeds are delivered as per the stated SLAs.

•Manage/coordinate recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution.

•Be creative in identifying areas of improvement and gain efficiency in feed delivery timings.

•Tracking Incidents & Service Requests and provide regular updates to stakeholders on batch status and progress.

•Facilitate and coordinate between various teams like Infrastructure, 2nd line, IT Service to resolve complex batch issues and outages as per the SLA’s.

•Follows escalation procedures during outages and ensure root-cause analysis is provided.

•Control-M batch Monitoring, Support BOD/EOD job failures during nights.

•Guiding and mentoring the new team members.

•Document Technical specification, Release Notes, User Guides, batch work flows and common issues for team’s perusal.

•Involved in DR Testing/ Releases and providing 24x7 support.
