time days and shorten duration of claims for short term cases, long term
cases (surgery solutions) were placed with non-profit organizations who
managed daily work assignments and direct supervision of modified duty
employees until they receive a full duty release, wages were tax
deductable for the company.
- Developed an aggressive Workers Comp claim management philosophy to
minimize fraud and duration employees were off work due to work related
injuries/illnesses.
Planning / Project Management
- Designed and implemented satellite storage for lithium batteries used in
down hole operations via modified sea containers. By designing this
storage method, a high probability of facility loss was mitigated and
any potential hazard is contained.
- EH&S construction project and project management for motor shop
expansion. By exploring and implementing temporary options during the
expansion project, the motor shop was able to fully operate with no down
time while minimizing EH&S exposures to employees.
- Designed and managed retention pond installation. By implementing this
project the company was able to maximize their capital assets while
minimizing the overall footprint of the retention pond and the
environmental impact.
