activities.
• Ran weekly and daily shutdown meetings to review the current schedule, action items and resolve any
shutdown issues, minimizing any shutdown delays.
• Contacted material vendors and contractors to schedule shutdown work and clarify scope issues, resulting
in fewer field change orders.
• Minimized facility down time by creating a detailed, clear, and precise shutdown schedule with all routine,
