Project Undertaken

Designing and Fabrication of an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV)

Responsibilities:

Leading the team of 20 Members with this project costing 4 Lacs Rupee.

Worked on CATIA V5 for making a successful and reliable ROLLCAGE DESIGN assembled with all

parts like suspension, steering, brakes, knuckle, Tyres etc.

Worked on ANSYS for analyzing the design stress concentration and making the improvements

according to the requirements.

Fabrication for the successful completion of ATV with the knowledge of using TIG and MIG

Welding Machine, Cutting and Grinding Machine and Lathe Machine.

Experience

Worked as Production Planning and Control Engineer in Jyoti Automotives, Gurgaon(Haryana) where

i used to control the production of Mahindra Steering Parts on Lathe and CNC Machines.

Now working with Mech N Arch Engineering Services as Mechanical Design Engineer where i used

to execute the upcoming Mechanical Designing projects as well as provide software trainings.

Achieved 3rd Prize in engineering projects presented at Faridabad Industrial Association (FIA).
