PNEUMATIC GEAR SHIFTER

Tools Used: Pro-E, CATIA V5, SolidWorks, AUTOCAD, ANSYS.

The project concept was derived from an ongoing problems that are occurring during manual

gear shifting. The objective of this project was to reduce efforts required for shifting gears &

providing easy as well as smooth handling of system. The system requires high pressure

compressed air which replaces manual lever shifting by using toggle switch.

DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE

FOR SAE BAJA INDIA

Organization: SAE INDIA and Mahindra & Mahindra.

The objective of this project was to design and manufacture an All-Terrain Vehicle for SAE BAJA

competition. The design consist of Roll cage, Steering system, Power -Train, Suspension system,

Braking system. It includes modelling of verious components using verious modelling Softwares

and Manufacturing and Assembly of components.
