Supply Chain Management:

. Assessment of supply chain requirements & engagement of logistics service

providers and ensuring continuance of service through timely

interventions.

. Scheduling and following up with service providers as per released work

orders.

. Managing logistics operations involving coordinating with service

providers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters and other

external agencies to achieve seamless & cost-effective transport

solutions.

Facility Management

. Monitoring cleanliness & hygiene condition of the facilities along with

the waste disposal management and ensuring proper upkeep of the facility

along with space planning

. Developing budgets and annual plans to managing facilities as per

organisational needs & parameters

Operations Management
