containment. The $4M of annual savings allowed the company to remain profitable during an industry downturn.

purchasing. Allowed management a real time understanding of the profitability of all products in order to avoid or eliminate unprofitable

products. It also gave visibility into divisions and departments to establish forecast and budgets.

Initiated the reconfiguration of an underutilized division to increase productivity and broaden capacity to accommodate expanded

product line with minimal new capital outlay. Results consisted of increased sales by 42.8% and margin rates by 15.1%.

Defined and developed management, board of directors and stockholder reporting to communicate financial and operational results along
