● Led a team in the creation of a ground breaking application from requirements and design through implementation in 2
different beta sites that would enhance the PCI compliance and security within a call center. I assisted in the development of
this application through PA-DSS certification, marketing strategy and branding and full release into production on over 1500
desktops between several different clients.
● Analyzed client requirements, designed the interface and directed a staff to create several applications that enhance the
customer experience as well as streamline process for end users resulting in decreased errors and handle times using .NET and
SQL.
● Managed several projects whose goal was to identify and increase efficiencies within the call center environment from
small custom enhancements to very large enterprise wide applications as the vendor project manager.
● Took over a project in critical jeopardy with very unhappy stakeholders seeing it through to success by directing a team
