. Controlling all quality control activities on day to day basis and

directly involve in all inspection activities and ensuring various

projects to meet quality requirements.

. Inspecting the Incoming materials for damages, dimensions,

corrosions and ensure the material test certificates is available

and according to requirements.

. Check edge preparation and fit-ups to verify that fit-up is within

tolerance.

. Preliminary welding inspection activities (Fit-up, root pass, hot

pass, materials trace ability, dimensional checking, and

orientations of piping components.

. Send RFI's to client for daily visual inspection and pressure test

inspection.

. Ensure that Non-Destructive Testing such as Radiography Test, Dye

Penetrant Test, Hardness test PAMI, PWHT etc. are meet as required

by percentage.

. Witness Hydro testing of piping lines prior to pre commissioning.
