. Preparing MIS reports and sending them for further review
. Tracking, Scheduling financial reports generation on daily, weekly and on
monthly basis
. Effectuating the production activities (HVAC System, Epoxy Work, Re
layouting of 5 major areas for higher capacity and canteen modification)
. Handling the entire gamut of functions encompassing:
o Lean to Shed construction/ Fabrication
o PEB planning and erection
. Negotiating and finalising contractors to achieve cost effectiveness
Highlights:
. Actively involved in leading a team of 27 members (VECV), 160 Manpower
including labour, supervisor and engineers from different contractors and
ensured high quality service
. Presented the progress in AutoCAD for the convenience of the top
management
. Eliminated the Fire consultant
. Demolish the existing old unit with getting the money from the contractor
to the company instead of giving
