ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Since Sep'11: Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles Ltd., Devas, M.P. as Manager

Role:

. Heading Projects (Civil, & Mechanical Utilities), Material Handling

(Supply Chain Management), EHS, Automation and CFT

. Succeful handover of Unit-II Project.

. Handling activities for planning, Procurement & execution of Greenfield

and Brownfield Project using MS Project and MS Office

. Responsible to resolve any vendor payment related issues in co-ordination

with purchase/ accounts/ vendors.

. Looking after Three units for Industrial improvements, Construction and

. Smoothen and maximise the operations & reducing the manpower and time

through Industrial improvements plus material handling system

o Eliminating oil soaked cotton waste and

o 3rd upcoming Greenfield Project

o Managing 2nd unit Civil and mechanical & machine and general lay

outing

o Brownfield work (in pre-established units)

o Floating Tender, Comparison, negotiation, finalisation and

respective execution

. Managing more than 160 members with various skill sets throughout the

Greenfield project site

. Carrying out plant maintenance work at existing plant, machine erection &

commissioning at New Plant

. Preparing MIS reports and sending them for further review

. Tracking, Scheduling financial reports generation on daily, weekly and on

monthly basis

. Effectuating the production activities (HVAC System, Epoxy Work, Re

layouting of 5 major areas for higher capacity and canteen modification)

. Handling the entire gamut of functions encompassing:

o Lean to Shed construction/ Fabrication

o PEB planning and erection

. Negotiating and finalising contractors to achieve cost effectiveness

Highlights:

. Actively involved in leading a team of 27 members (VECV), 160 Manpower

including labour, supervisor and engineers from different contractors and

ensured high quality service

. Presented the progress in AutoCAD for the convenience of the top

management

. Eliminated the Fire consultant

. Demolish the existing old unit with getting the money from the contractor

to the company instead of giving

machinery and finalisation of same
