Professional Experience

1. IBM Daksh Pvt Ltd - Bangalore (20/08/2009 to 06/19/2013)

Worked as Team Lead in the GAP US process’s Credits Team. The team handles credit memo processing, Utility Invoice processing, Electronic credit memo review and applying credit memo to the invoice, Adjustment reversals of the paid invoices and credit memos, AP Credit Desk, AP Adjustment Desk, AP Specials Desk, MCR Desk, RPR Desk.

Responsibilities were:

* Handling team activities

* Assist & support team members in their requirements

* Handling and resolving issues without affecting the TAT of 5 working days. If unable to close the issue and is critical in nature, then need to work with the Team Manager to close the issue on immediate basis.

* Communicate with the clients thru call, mail or chat as and when required

* Resolve the credit memos which require more details to process without crossing TAT

* Back up for the team members. If any of the team members are on off I handle that job end to end in their absence.

* Monitor the mail boxes to find out whether any mails are required more attention or pending.

* Sending reports on time to the respective contacts

* Communicate with the team if there is any processing error happens

2. Siemens Information Processing Services Pvt LTD - Bangalore (13/11/2006 to 09/03/ 2009)

Worked as Senior Officer with ASI-Cash Management team as Senior Officer(O2) and there I was handling the SOCs, Siemens Communications, S10, SPTD and Continental Automotives. Here we use SAP, Wachovia Connections and Finavigate for payments.

Responsibilities were:

* Handling payment runs

* Handling rejection of payments and follow-ups

* Month end activities and Reconciliation

* Debit balance follow ups

* Preparing exceptions report and send it to the concerned people
