Package Implementation. The main purpose of this product is for doing

predictive analysis for mlti periods. This product helps the operational

managers in planning their operations for forecast periods such that they

can meet the forecasted demand. The major features of this product are

Creation of Sales forecast for multi period, four types of Simulations

equal hours, equal volume, priority based simulation and % resource

allocation and the major sub features are auto adjustments of inventory,

shift structure and line balancing. It consists of demand and analysis

reports for base case and change chase which can be accessed at scenario

and periodical wise
