JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for all HR functions, has a control over all personnel.

• Work closely with the Plant Manager in the implementation of Company strategies.

• Managing various HR function which includes recruitment, payroll, employee relations,

compensation and benefits, training and organizational development, discipline, safety, health and

security.

• Formulate and implements company policies and procedure.

• Maintain the office area in an organized and professional manner including its supplies.

• Coordinates the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs.

• Assumes full management responsibilities for all human resources and public relation services

and other activities.

• Recommends and administer effective personnel policies and procedure, reprimand violators and

do counseling.

• Closely coordinates with other department heads in the consistent implementation of company

policy, rules and regulations.

• Produce management info. and reports, pro-actively dialogue with employees, Supervisors and

the Dept. heads.

• Keeps diary and calendar all appointments and meetings, ensures a clear channel of

communication both internally and externally.

• Coordinates with respect to labor, health and safety standards, and other employee related issues

with DOLE and other related agencies.

• Implement regular training and development programs geared towards personnel development

and productivity improvement

• Ensures that all correspondence are properly filed and recorded.

• Ensures accuracy and completeness of 201 Files and other related records of personnel.

• Write office memos, office order, travel order, authorization request to concerned staff and

departments.

• Ensures smooth flow of recruiting and staffing procedure, conducts final HR assessment to

candidates.

• Exercise highest degree of integrity, honesty and discretion on confidential information.

• Performs other duties as maybe required.
