t urnkey basis to various sectors of the industry - Power, Alumina, Steel, Mining, etc. for

Coal Handling System, Ash Handling System (including bottom/fly ash handling, high

concentration slur ry disposal system, lean slur ry disposal system, ash water recovery

system, etc.)

N ATURE OF JOB AND RESPONSIB I L I TES:-

• Operation and maintenance of F ly ash handling (Dense phase pneumatic

conveying) system.

• Operation and maintenance of Bottom ash handling (Jet Pumps and Scrapper

chain conveyor) system.

• Operation and maintenance of Ash water recovery system .

• Operation and maintenance of Silo unloading (Ash conditioners and unloading

spout ) system.

• Operation and maintenance of rotating machinery (Compressors, Blowers,

P umps, Ash Conditioners, Clinker grinders, Rotary Vane feeders etc. )

• Man power handling and proper utilization

• Maintain log of reported faults and routine preventive maintenance.

• Operation and maintenance of K-Pump ( D ry ash system).

• Plan and execute Installation Process and Testing over t r ial runs.

• Remain innovative and explore safe and efficient working practices.

D amodar Valley Corporation”).

P roject Name: - Operation and maintenance of Ash Handling Plant ( 2 X 525MW),

M aithon Power Limited, Dhanbad (Jharkhand)

Duration: - A UGUST 2013 to ti ll Now.

M y Role: - ASH handling system operation coordinator.

L ocation: -Dhanbad, Jharkhand (Onsite).

T echnical Skill Development T raining

Post-Graduation in THERMAL POWER PLANT at JINDAL INSTITUTE OF POWER

TECHNOLOGY. Trained in 4X250MW PC boiler process and process equipment’s.

Also having good exposure on 4X600MW Sub critical power plant construction, erection and

commissioning.

Hands on experience of power plant operation on Honeywell simulator, which is replica of

600MW and 250 MW(Cold startup to Shut down) units, operated on Unisim Software.

We are being on a 6 month on job rotational duty at O.P.JINDALSUPER THERMAL POWER

PLANT (4X250MW), as OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE ENGINEER.
