as a tutor entailed educating students in grades K - 5th grade in reading
and math by assessing their skills and development though pretesting.
These results were then used to develop, plan, and execute lesson plans for
individual development for the children, making modifications to fit each
students needs. I also helped director's perform administrative task
including training, payroll, and timekeeping.

charge of setting the hours for the lab employees (myself and others),
monitoring and assisting students to both insure they followed Lab rules
and were able to achieve their goals using the labs resources. It was also
my responsibility to setup/maintain lab and professors' computers with the
necessary software to complete their functions, in addition to assisting
professors with any administrative tasks they needed completed.
