• Developed three sales consultants in to President’s Club level, which is the
highest level achieved for a consultant (first three to achieve level in market in
last two years).
• Helped pilot three separate programs that were eventually rolled out to the
entire company. These programs focused on efficiency, metric achievements,
and service levels.
Store Manager April 2008 - January 2013
Home Depot (Throughout Columbus, Ohio)
• Responsible for the daily operations of stores that achieved annual revenues of
$17-29 million dollars, as well as overseeing the staffing, training, shrink control,
merchandising, and service departments in the store.
• Awarded the "Diamond Award" for each half of 2011 and 2012 for top Store
Manager.
• Specialty Business Trainer for the district.
• Awarded "Store Manager of the Year" in 2011 for top store in Sales, VoC,
operational excellence, and employee morale while running the Washington
Courthouse, Ohio location.
• All six halves exceeded metrics in profitability, sales, gross margin, and store
controlables.
• Volunteered over 200 hours per year for Team Depot projects throughout the
community as well as heading up the initiative on three projects.

• Started with the company in college as a PT salesperson, to working in most
every role and discipline, ending as a General Manager.
• Responsible for the daily operations of stores that achieved annual sales of
$19-47 million annually.
• In April 2008 awarded the President’s Award for Volunteerism from President
George W. Bush due to efforts achieved thru Best Buy for the Cystic Fibrosis
Foundation, United Way, A Kid Again, and The Fischer House at WPAFB.
• Achieved record annual sales in three locations as a Store Manager.
• Apart of the development nine future General Managers and several more
Assistant Managers.
