manufacturing plant by proposing improvement strategies related to sourcing, vendor managed inven tory
programs, consignment programs, 3PL, cost reduction tactics, vendor improvement processes, value
stream map design and performance evaluations. In addition, manage, influence and motivate a
multifunctional team in order to achieve the expected results and serve as a solution maker for difficult

Effectively manage 76 suppliers with a total of $ 55M spend.
Created and design the present VMI Program and successfully implemented the program in several of
the selected suppliers achieving an inventory level reduction 37% and an increase in the inventory turns
in these specific items of 39%.
Conducted several Ariba bids achieving $113.8K in savings and managed the ESI meetings with the
selected suppliers.
Designed, created and implemented policies and procedures for the vendor management system .
Manage all performance review meetings with key suppliers and achieve d and improvement in
