Participate in the planning and execution of military training programs and exercises (XCTC military training
exercises). Works with Procurement to identify and contract with vendors to provide life support, lodging, vehicle
and equipment rental, fuel service, and all supplies required to support the exercise. Executed the purchasing of
supplies, equipment, and services during the set up, and execution phases. Coordinated flight and travel
information to ensure that lodging and transportation are available. Coordinated with the program’s Property
Control Specialist to ensure that the program follows government and company property accountability and
transfer procedures using the established asset management system. Act as primary point of contact for all national
