residents’ needs. Performed general administrative tasks, including answering phones, filing and following up

on concerns.

Stacy Pearsall - Charleston Center for Photography, Charleston, SC 08/09 - 01/10

Photography Intern Performed office duties while assisting office manager, Sally A. Hayes with printing

orders and organizing the office, organizing lectures and teachers for the Center’s classes. Helped to prepare

the gallery space for new exhibitions. Assisted Stacy Pearsall on photoshoots, set-ups, preparation of

equipment and studio preparation. Managed emails and handled phone calls as well as helping with the

selection of images. Other tasks included retouching and helping copy edit Stacy’s novel, Shooter: Combat from

Behind the Camera.

Tribal Tribune - Wando High School, Mount Pleasant, SC 09/08 - 06/10

Photography Editor and Staff Photographer Organized photographers for news stories, approved and

selected photographs for publication, photographed assigned stories, and organized submissions to

competitions. Designed templates and style guidelines, and wrote opinion articles.

Off-Campus Program, Lacoste, France 06/12 - 09/12

Student and Work-Study Spent two months traveling France with Savannah College of Art and Design

students while studying and working toward a final gallery exhibition. Maintained SCAD boutique in Lacoste,

maintained paperwork for group travel days, general administrative tasks, and addressing technology and

internet issues when they arose. Spent time learning and understanding the culture while getting to know the

locals and networking with them while growing individually and artistically.
