1.MINI PROJECT:

Design and fabrication of biogas stove.

This project deals with design and fabrication of biogas stove by

using waste vegetables and wastage food. In today's world the source of

the fossil fuels decreasing in day today life. Also the cost of LPG

cylinder is very high and availability rate also low. So, to rectify

this problem by using biogas stove.

2.MAJOR PROJECT:

Design and fabrication of gauge for reducing inspection time in

angle measurement.

Gauge is an important instrument while gaining knowledge regarding

the fitness of a job or work piece for a certain task. There are

numerous gauges available but specific tasks or structure or shapes

require special gauges which are not available at an affordable cost

and time. Hence there is a need to design gauges on the own, for

satisfying the needs. In here, the design of gauge consists for a

measuring the angle between two planes, which is not readily available

the surface is complex. Hence no available gauge can be used. Thus a

gauge designed for measuring the angle between two planes using certain

references available, design a gauge for reducing the loss occurring

due to defect compounds.

Design and fabrication of fixture for reducing operator fatigue

through automation in honing machine.

Fixture may be defined as a work handling device or supporting

device used in the manufacturing industry. Fixtures are used to

securely locate the work piece ensuring that all parts produced using

the fixture maintain conformity and interchangeability. The main aim of

this project is to design a fixture and a suitable arrangement that can

reduce the fatigue caused to the human body.
