Rotational Molders but also sold to molders in the rubber industry. Touched on sales of mold
releases to the rubber & vacuum forming industries as well. Part of the sales strategy was to
offer technical training of mold release application, consulting & troubleshooting any & all

structure, oven and cooling chamber. Water & Electrical hook-up were done by hired
contractors. Other responsibilities included working the industry trade shows, inside sales,
organizing new & past customer/prospect files, selecting & purchasing materials for the rotocast
division, quoting custom rotocast business, design of custom & proprietary rotocast product &
other duties that would relate to technical input and sales of rotocast product. Worked with
machine operators to train in use of release agents, setting up the arms (balancing, rotation
speed, etc.), pulling parts out of difficult molds and secondary operations (trimming, spin-
