Medicolegal Autopsy and Coroner's Court Complex. Labs contain chemistry,

analysis, plus two basements including CL3 Lab, Firing Range and Parking

. Managed successfully multi packages in line with PSOS, Contractual

18 Floors, Podium, 5 Basements Combined Parking 800 Cars/ Level
(Total built-up area 275,200 m2), Landscape and Infrastructures.
Works comprised 22 m. span/ 3.8 m. height pre-stressed/ post tension
concrete podium girder.
. Managed a team of 15 Engineers, 45 Professionals, up to 1200 Workers
and 14 Subcontractors.
. Effectively led the reconstruction of the 50 Lm. collapsed secant
piles 20 m. shoring depth out of 900 Lm., scheduling, redesign,
groundwater monitoring, engineering techniques such as re-anchoring,
pressure grouting, re-shoring with precast wall units and reinforced

. Successfully accomplished 10 months recovery program in 5 months and

orders, undertook the value engineering to confine the cost within the

. Led a team of 8 Engineers and 7 Professionals to supervise/
renegotiate packages with sub-contractors/ suppliers, scheduled all
tasks, performed cost analysis and valued engineering within budget,
without foregoing quality resulting project substantially completion
two months ahead the deadline.

. Led the major role/ achieved exceptionally budget saving around US$
750,000 for the company benefit by reselling the used purchased
scaffold, formwork systems to the same supplier after sharp
renegotiation.
. Managed, developed, hired effectively (350 to 500) Professionals and
(30 to 40) Subcontractors.
. Accomplished the projects successfully/ recovered the delay due to the
Client's modifications by recovery monitored programs which enhanced
the team capability, productivity, accountability besides the earlier
identifying to the interfaces and the immediate active resolutions.
. Carried out directly most of the finishing works (saved around
US$1,750,000) and that stood as a landmark in my career through the
efficient managing of the domestic resources, maintaining the
training/ coaching with incentive man-hour plans and cost saving which
all addressed in a timely manner.

concrete piles, concrete platforms for the steel tanks, steel sheet
piles shoring, piping networks, equipment/ storage buildings,
infrastructures, roads and MEP works. Project Budget: US$ 20 Million.
. Installation of Prefabricated Steel Structures for Ten Warehouses
(60m. span x 120m. length) and civil works, sandwich aluminum walls/
ceilings panels. Project Budget: US$ 35 Million.
