EQUIPMENT HANDLED:

. ULTRASONIC TESTING:

Done by USM-35, SONATEST D20+, Modsonic Einstein-II, TFT

Ultrasonic Testing & Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge Machine, for Phased array

Omni scan MX2.

. MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING:

Done by using SIMS Electromagnetic (AC & DC) yoke and

Magnaflux company equipment and aware of Fluorescent &

Nonfluorescent Methods as a regular part of testing.

. PENETRANT TESTING:

It was done by Solvent removable method using Nonfluorescent

Method to observe the minute surface cracks in equipments.

. Profile Gauge & Hi lo gauge to check the profile of welds,

misalignments.

. Thickness measurement of sheets & plates with the help of micrometer
