Administer a $16,000,000 loan portfolio and a $7,000,000 deposit
relationship. Analyze and underwrite credit requests and renewals, monitor
delinquency and assist the bank with the restructuring of credits in my
portfolio that were subject to Federal Bank Examiners criticism prior to my
employment. Am the SBA resource person for both SBA 504 programs and 7-A
programs. Have produced over $2,000,000 in new loan production with over
$7,000,000 yet to close. Delinquencies went from over 2% to .25% . Fee
income has gone up 100%
