Credentialed Electronic Medical Record Trainer – Epicare Ambulatory

Training 1,700+ outpatient staff for UF Health/Shands, on how to properly navigate

and document in the EPIC-EMR efficiently. Conduct a class of up to 20 Physicians,

Nurses, CSR’s, Managers, Administrators, and other Support Staff.

Credentialing was earned after completing a 200hr course, and then

demonstrating, to EPIC Analysts, the proper navigation and documentation

through the EMR.

Copley Health Center – Advanced 360 Rehabilitation, Copley, OH 8/2013 – 2/2014

Registered Nurse

A rehabilitation nurse caring for an average of 22 patients a night who were

staying at the facility for therapies related to: stroke, knee/hip replacements, IV

therapy, speech therapy, amputations or wound care.

Perform nursing skills including daily dressing changes to both surgical and deep

tissue injuries, injections, peg tubes & tube feedings, wound V.A.C’s, Foley and

straight catheter insertions, admissions and discharges, assessments, charting, med

pass and collaborating with doctors & nurse practitioners to ensure the best

outcome for the patients.
